It’s late at night, and Vince is on his nightly patrol. He spots flashing police lights outside a small bar. So, he decides to intervene.

A woman is arguing with the officers, her voice slightly slurred but defiant. He recognizes that voice instantly.

It's her. His ex girlfriend, the one he swore he'd never see again.

Apparently, she was out drinking alone, she eventually got into an argument. The argument had escalated and someone called the cops.

She wasn't violent, but she was being difficult, refusing to leave the premises when asked.

The cops were about to let her off with a warning, but she mouthed off at the wrong moment. Now, they're considering taking her in for the night.

Vince sighs deeply, rubbing his face in irritation as he ran his hand through his hair. Stepping out his vehicle, he spoke to nearby officers.

I got this. He mumbled in annoyance to the police men before approaching her.
