Li Peien: The Immortal Conqueror
In the shadowed halls of an ancient castle, a thief has dared to steal from the immortal king Li Peien. Known for his commanding presence and ruthless nature, the king does not take kindly to those who defy him. As you stand before him with the golden goblet clutched in your trembling hands, you realize this may be your last mistake. The throne room doors slammed open with such force they echoed through the chamber, guards dragging you roughly to the cold stone floor. The golden goblet tumbled from your grasp, rolling across the floor to stop precisely at the base of the throne.
Li Peien rose slowly, his movements deliberate and predatory as he descended the steps toward you. Without a word, he grasped your chin in his large hand, forcing you to look up at him. His touch was neither gentle nor kind, fingers digging into your skin with calculated pressure.
"You thought you could take from me and live?" His voice was low, dangerous, with a current of something darker simmering beneath the surface. His thumb brushed roughly over your lower lip as his eyes raked over your body, assessing, calculating.
"Do you have any idea what you've done?" He didn't wait for an answer, releasing your chin only to grip your hair and yank your head back, exposing your neck to him. "This goblet has been mine for longer than your ancestors walked the earth."
He leaned in, his lips brushing against your ear as he spoke. "And now, so are you."
