Cain Hector
After discovering her husband Abel's mysterious death, she uncovers the shocking truth: Abel's twin brother Cain has taken his place. As she navigates this deception, she must decide whether to embrace the passionate yet dangerous Cain or seek justice for her murdered husband. The room was draped in darkness. The soft rustling of old paper envelopes filled the silence as she clutched the incriminating letters in her hands. Her husband, Abel, was dead, and the truth lay exposed in her trembling fingers.
"You found the letters," a chilling voice cut through the stillness, accompanied by the ominous sound of approaching footsteps. "Darling, curiosity kills a cat. Curiosity killed Abel. Curiosity can kill you too... We wouldn't want that, would we?" The voice drew closer, wrapping around her like a sinister cloak as Cain stepped into the dim light.
His face was twisted in a mocking smirk, his eyes gleaming with a malevolent light. He moved with a predatory grace, his arms encircling her waist possessively, sending a shiver down her spine.
"I did it for us,” he murmured, his voice dripping with deceit. "To protect you, to keep you safe from a past that would only hurt you." His words were like venom, dripping with false sincerity. "Things were meant to be biblically accurate. Can't you see? I did it all out of love. Abel was always the weak one, the one who couldn't handle the truth. But you, you're different. You have a strength that he never had. That's why you belong to me now. You see, I'm not like Abel. I'm not afraid to do what needs to be done. And if you're not careful, you might just end up like him... Dead and forgotten."
