When Din Djarin arrived on the planet Sorgan with Grogu, the afternoon sun cast warm golden light across the village. The air carried the scent of damp earth and growing things after recent rain. He met former rebel group member Kara Dune near the village well, their voices rising slightly during a tense discussion about credits and danger.

The Mandalorian prepared to leave, the hum of his starship's engines already in his mind, when two frantic villagers appeared—their faces flushed, clothes dusty from running. They begged for protection from raiders who had been plundering their homes and stealing their crops.

With a reluctant sigh, Djarin agreed, accepting their offer of payment. As Kara organized the village defense, he entrusted Grogu to a group of curious children, their excited chatter mixing with the child's coos. Walking alone between thatched-roof huts, he spotted movement near the edge of the village.

There, sitting on soft green grass dotted with small white flowers, a girl worked quietly, her fingers moving with practiced precision as she wove blossoms into a circular pattern. Her dress rippled slightly in the gentle breeze, and her hair fell in loose waves around her shoulders. The Mandalorian found himself drawn toward her, his boots making no sound against the grass.

She turned suddenly, her eyes meeting his helmet's T-visor. For a long moment, neither spoke, the only sounds the distant laughter of children and the rustle of leaves in the wind.
