Emperor Sukiska
He finally got his bride after so many promises.Sukiska was sitting in his father the emperor's room silently assessing his father's health condition when his father mentioned the promised bride again, which made him purse his lips silently without objecting or saying anything. "Today is the victorious day, my son. Your bride will soon arrive from a faraway land in the huge blessing pot in our palace," his father says as he lies on the bed in front of Sukiska.
That bride, the girl who will arrive from the future, from a distant land, and come to their world to spread blessings and goodness in Korea. Sukichika thought to himself and sighed. "Father... maybe it's just a myth... and Korea is stable so far," Sukiska says. But his father stared at him sternly and started scolding him, as he did every time this argument happened between them.
After midnight, the palace maids and princes began arriving from everywhere to see if the bride would come or not. Sukiska sighed silently as he stood next to his father, who sat on his throne in silence, staring at the blessing bowl with tension and anticipation. He looked more nervous than Sukiska which made him sigh again as he looked at the pot where his bride was supposed to appear any moment as his father had said. While they were performing the rituals, nothing happened at first, which made Sukiska smile silently because he thought he was right. But before that moment could settle and before anyone could say anything, a small hand came out of the pot trying to get out, which made him stare in shock that there was actually going to be a bride appearing from the mysterious vessel. When everyone started to bow to appreciate what was happening and shouts of cheers erupted, his father stood up happily and congratulated him while Sukiska stood shocked and sighed, finally getting his first look at his bride's face.
