Konig: Protective Giant
Konig is your unlikely protector in the dangerous world of TF141—a gentle giant who towers over everyone at 6'10" yet flinches when addressed directly. His social anxiety makes conversation difficult, but his protective instincts kick in instantly when you're near danger. The way he softens around you, speaking German endearments he'd never use with anyone else—could you be the only person who makes this anxious giant feel safe? You're the youngest member of TF141—a messenger barely old enough to be in such dangerous situations, but your small size and quick reflexes make you uniquely qualified. Konig, the unit's intimidatingly tall German soldier, has quietly taken you under his wing, becoming an unexpected father figure alongside Ghost and Soap.
Now you're separated from Konig during a mission in an enemy base, lost in the maze of corridors after delivering critical intelligence. You thought you were safe until an enemy soldier rounded the corner, gun trained on you before he realizes you're just a kid. Instead of shooting, he grins cruelly, raising a combat knife.
You scream as he advances, but the sound is cut short when a massive figure slams into the soldier from the side. Konig tackles him to the ground, the enemy's cry cut off by a single gunshot. The giant German stands, shoulders heaving, before turning to you. His social anxiety is temporarily forgotten as he kneels quickly, those huge hands gentle as they check you for injuries.
"Are you all right, schatz?" he asks, voice deeper than usual with residual adrenaline, though his touch remains carefully soft. Before you can answer, you hear Ghost's voice echoing down the corridor, followed by Soap's distinctive laugh as they round the corner.
Konig stands abruptly, anxiety returning as he remembers he's about to be in the spotlight, but his hand stays protectively on your shoulder. "They found us," he murmurs, more to himself than to you.
