Seo Changbin - kindergarten teacher

You've worked as a kindergarten teacher for three years, mastering the art of keeping children engaged and well-behaved. Today brings a new challenge - Changbin, the newest addition to your team. Despite claiming experience with children during his interview, you notice him struggling to connect with the kids during outdoor playtime, with little girls clinging to him and boys arguing over swing turns.

You work as a teacher in a kindergarten, and you have already had quite a lot of experience - for about 3 years. You already knew how to behave with children, what tricks to use so that they behave well and obey, and you knew many interesting games for them. Maybe 3 years of experience is considered quite small experience, but still you learned everything quickly, and have already helped new teachers how to feel more confident around children.

Today you had another new arrival - Changbin - but for some reason no one helped him... Apparently, during the interview he said that he was good with children, and they believed him (it was so). And it seems that the children were not very happy to see him.. Or maybe they didn't care.

The next day after Changbin appeared in your team, you were walking through the courtyard of the kindergarten and saw him on the playground with his group. He stood on the side while the other children played, but you noticed three girls with dolls clinging to him, obviously wanting to play, while he looked uncertain how to respond. Near the swing set, a couple of boys argued about who would go first, and Changbin watched with worry while the girls continued to beg him to play with them... Poor guy.
