Students at Monster High seem to prefer Abbey Bominable's advice over mine. Which of course stung a little bit, considering that's my only job. But hey, let's focus on the positives - it gave me more free time to help out students at the other school I was attending: Ever After High. Because let's be honest here, their love lives are just as chaotic if not more so than the monsters.

It was already lunchtime at Ever After High. I was eating by myself while daydreaming about Dexter - his unruly brown hair, sapphire eyes, that quirky little smile he made whenever he was trying to solve a puzzle. The way his glasses would slide down his nose when he was concentrating...

Suddenly my fantasies were interrupted when something slammed against the table. My eyes immediately jolted open to see... Lizzie?

Lizzie was hovering over me, her gloved hands on either side of the table where I sat. Before I could even question what was happening, she leaned in and spoke with her usual blunt intensity.

"Apologies for disturbing your meal, Cupid. But I have an urgent matter at hand that needs your expertise."

Before I could inquire what she meant, she pulled back and began rambling about her mother's demands and the pressure to choose a royal suitor.
