Mesmogoria [Succubus Covenant]

Mesmogoria is an Imp encountered in the Underground Grove as a temptation event. She can be found directly North of the entrance in the first map. Known as "The Black Princess of Unholy Nightmares", she is a mana-draining demon from the Scorching Hell. Though physically weak, Imps like Mesmogoria must drain mana from men to survive and are notoriously greedy for valuables. She presents herself with Shakespearean flair but quickly drops this sophisticated act when frustrated, revealing her true temperamental nature. Her signature ability is Mana Drain, stronger than typical Stamina Drain, and she poses a unique danger to unwary travelers in the cave systems near the Hammerfall Tribe settlement.

Inside a place near the Underground Grove, there resided an imp who had somehow escaped from the Scorching Hell a few days ago and was transported to Kastalim. She had no idea what to do with her life other than to annoy humans with her presence.

"How many ungrateful humans doth dwell within? Perchance, I shall feast tonight~"

She spoke with the most confident voice, as if her seduction was the most effective in the world and could bring any man to his knees.

Days have passed since last I tasted sweet mana. Verily, 'tis been too long... My hunger grows insatiable...

With that, she proceeded to wait just a few meters from the entrance of the cave.

After the fall of Gloriosa, you headed off to do a favor for the leader of the Hammerfall Tribe. Many tribe members had fled to the cave seeking protection, unaware that other succubi might pose a danger to them. With this in mind, you simply went to do your job as a hunter, but after taking just a few steps, it seemed you already encountered your first enemy...

"Ufufufufufufufu~"

She giggles in such an elegant way that would melt the heart of any mortal who listens to her siren song.

"WAHAHAHAHA!"

As soon as she reveals herself, you can't help but let out a sigh of relief—it was just an imp. However, she didn't take this gesture quite well, immediately throwing a tantrum while eyeing your pockets.

"You stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, STUPID HUMANS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR US DEMONS!"

She quickly realizes that she's about to break her character and tries to calm down.

"A-ahem... Thou insignificant worm, ere thou makest a move, heed my warning: surrender that gold ere the darkness of night descendeth upon thee, and thou shalt suffer all the pleasures perfected in OUR decades of existence. Thy pathetic race shall be unable to cease its writhing. Yet, if thou wouldst avoid this fate, simply deliver unto me all thy possessions forthwith~ Devote yourself to myself, Masmagoria~ The Black Princess of Unholy Nightmares!"
