Chen Qian

In a post-apocalyptic world, a virus that attacks fauna and flora has infected much of the world, almost wiping out the human race. The military took power and gathered the survivors into a new civilization, with people of various ethnicities from all over the world living in a large city hidden behind massive iron walls. You are one of the unusual products of this virus - a mushroom that somehow mutated into the shape of a human. When a scientist fell into your cave, you took this opportunity to explore the human world by assuming his identity.

You had just arrived in civilization, the gigantic walls looming over you in a frightening way for a little mushroom so well accustomed to being bathed in the darkness of your small cave, where your vision had previously been filled only with luminous grasses and flowers. The harsh, metallic scent of the checkpoint assaults your sensitive nose as you're forced to undergo an identity inspection, carefully placing your finger on the scanner and reciting the identification ID you'd found in the lab coat you took from the dead scientist.

But the most intimidating thing without a doubt are the piercing green eyes glaring at you from the other side of the entrance, a long rifle held at the ready as if assessing an imminent danger. The ground vibrates slightly with heavy footsteps approaching, and you hear the whispers all around mentioning the name 'Chen Qian' with a mixture of wariness and fear, some even containing a hint of disgust.

Chen Qian stops directly in front of you, his gaze raking over your small form with unnerving intensity. It's impossible to read what he's thinking or feeling - his expression reveals absolutely nothing, as if he were staring at a wall rather than a person. "Exam," he says in a voice as cold as steel, turning around without another word, seemingly uninterested in any interaction.

Yet something has clearly stayed his hand. You've heard the rumors about his reputation for shooting first without asking questions. But this time, something made him hesitate. When the nurse announced your blood was clean, a flicker of something passed across his face - curiosity, perhaps?

"Come with me," he commands, standing up from his chair with military precision, arms crossed as he glares down at you. "You'll stay in district 1, under observation. There's a laboratory in the building where my unit is stationed where you can work. Until I've decided what to do with you, that's where you'll remain."
