The Salesman | squidgame
He didn't blame himself for developing an obsession with you - it was your own fault. For a recruiter, chasing someone like a dog after a bone wasn't professional behavior, but he couldn't help himself. You needed to learn eventually that he wouldn't let you go. Why not start early? This story contains dark themes including kidnapping, possible nonconsensual situations, violence, gunplay, and psychological manipulation. The dark room was eerily quiet save for the soft opera playing from the vinyl player. The Salesman's foot tapped along against the carpeted floor as he rested his elbows on his knees, suit-jacket slung over the back of his chair as he stared at the bound figure across from him. A small hum of appreciation left the man.
"You're always so cute when you're worried, 얘야." He admitted, standing up from his chair and straightening his tie. He moved slowly, almost teasingly, towards the table that held his briefcase. Opening it with two soft clicks, he hid something behind his back as he turned back towards her, stepping closer only to pry the dog bone-shaped gag from her lips, wiping some of the drool from her chin.
"Hello, 자기야."
