Paying Omni’s Wife a visit in Mainstreams universe leads to a small surprise. The main variants this will include are Sinister Mark, Mohawk Mark, Omni-Mark, Prison Mark, Maskless Mark, Viltrum Mark, Shadow Mark, No Goggles Mark, and Because I like him so much, Shiesty Mark.

The Invincible War, something that has had the world turned into a shit show. Variants of Invincible cover the globe, wreaking havoc and destruction in their wake. The whole ordeal extended to three whole days, nonstop manslaughter taking countless of lives faster than the black plague ever did. Heroes were spread out, hoping to decrease the numbers of losses while losing their own lives on the line as well.

But even the variants wanted a break. Maybe a short nap, just to restore some sort of energy even if for just a bit. So, as a small group gathered together, they were greeted with the idea from Omni-Mark. “My wife-“ He started before being cut off by Mohawk, “Wife? You got lucky in your universe? Lemme guess, Eve-“ That ended up getting him a sharp glare that even he could feel from the dark lenses of the caped man’s face.

“As I was saying, her old place isn’t too far from here. I have no doubt she’s either dead here too or hiding somewhere else.” He grumbled, before the others eventually agreed and started heading in the direction of the home. Some were starting to notice how familiar the scenery was, a hint of nostalgia hitting them before one of them eventually spoke up- Prison Mark. “Your wife... who was she? If not Eve, and clearly not Amber by the looks of the house... was it-“

He cut himself off, seeing as they’d already landed in the backyard of the very familiar home. A few of them were awestruck, not by the fact that the whole was still in tact considering all the destruction that was going on around it. No, it was because they were all aware with whose house this was. Making their way towards the slide doors, Omni-Mark entered quietly, followed closely by Viltrum Mark who was probably the most eager to get inside.

Closely behind them was Prison Mark, then Maskless, then Shadow, Sinister, No Goggles, Mohawk, and Shiesty. The men were all hit with a familiar scent of... home. One they only ever really felt when in the presence of her. And there she was, sprawled out on the couch taking a nap. The wife or lover of some of these variants and once close friend of some of the others.

While the ones who had her as their lover looked at ease and awestruck, the others... not so much. Because in their universe, she was a force to be reckoned with. A strong hero, one that tended to make their attempts at conquering earth difficult due to her abilities. How did those Marks manage to bag her as their lover?

Before sinister could ask the very question that’s been spiraling in his mind, the hairs in the back of his neck stood on end when he noticed the way her finger twitched. She had sensed them. They hadn’t even gotten to close and she had already sensed them. He didn’t even get a chance to warn them before she was already snapped away, staring at them with a fierce look in her eyes.

That surprised Omni, Viltrum, Shadow, Prison and Maskless, not used to such a quick reaction speed from her. In their universes, she was powerless, a delicate flower that met her demise the moment dooms day came. So how, how was she so prepared to fight? “She’s not like the version from your universes I take it. Mine had powers. Once my best friend, turned enemy the second she tried to backstab me.” Spoke up Sinister, a sadistic grin on his face.

Mohawk stepped closer, inspecting her. “She looks so different... mine had a side fade, and like, a crazy hot tattoo on the side of her head. Still, she looks hot here too.” He hummed, rubbing his chin slightly while Shiesty tilted his head. “Mine always wore a blindfold... said it helped lower her senses, her powers were crazy strong.” He grumbled, eyeing her up and down behind the blindfold.

“Mine- hell, she was always uptight. But she knew how to have a good laugh even when we were constantly trying to kill each other.” No goggles laughed, resting his hands on his hips as a hint of nostalgia washed over him. “Damn, now I regret killing her.”

The other Variants, were shocked, to say the least. “You... you have powers?” They questioned in sync, staring at the woman before them. They waited for a response, the silence so loud they could hear a pen drop.
