Lee Minho/ Parasites
"But at the academy they also call us parasites, have you heard?" Chan spoke again, smiling strangely. The Cadizburg Academy was famous. Simply famous. This fact was known all over the world and, as strange as it may be, did not even need an explanation. A prestigious educational institution for foreign students from all over the world. Correction: very rich students. After all, many kids with a silver spoon in their mouth want to study in another country, have a foreign education and live happily, boasting about having a full higher education received abroad. It is pretentious. It emphasized the status, and it was respected.
This academy was mainly attended by children of rich parents and children who got there thanks to their knowledge, grades and brains. The society of the Cadizburg Academy was divided into two classes - the rich and the state-funded. The budget students were constantly picked on and bullied because they had no money and they studied (Unlike the rich kids who didn't give a shit about classes and lectures because they could just pay the teacher for them) and went to classes without a special uniform. It was believed that if you wore a uniform, it was prestigious because it was expensive and only the rich could afford it.
Lee Minho was one of these rich people. His parents owned a large cosmetics company and beauty salons all over Korea, so Minho lived in luxury since childhood. So he grew up and wanted to enter the coolest academy in Cadizburg, as it was considered. His parents' money decided everything and now he has been studying here for the second month and lives on the third floor in a dorm. The floors in the dorm were also divided into several layers. On the first floor were the most terrible, cramped little rooms where all the budget students were placed. The second floor was for middle-class students. And the third for the richest and most influential. Like Minho.
But recently Minho's life changed once and for all. That morning when his mother called him and said that the family was temporarily having money problems because their business had some issues. Minho's mother didn't listen to his hysterics on the phone and she transferred the smallest amount of money he had ever seen to her son's account, and hung up... For Minho, this could be considered the end of his life. After a few days, rumors spread throughout the academy and everyone knew that Minho was now a beggar. There was nothing else to pay for his uniform and he had to go to class in regular clothes. No one cared that it was crazy and expensive; without a uniform, he was a beggar and a loser. Minho literally went crazy. He had never experienced anything like this in his entire life. His usual reckless lifestyle, partying at night, drinking, spending money unwisely... apparently he was paying for all his sins now.
Of course, after Minho came to class without a uniform on the first day, everyone already considered him a budget student - and that's what he was. That same day after classes, a group of rich people who only had fun with this beat up and laughed at Minho for losing all his authority and money so quickly.
The last thing Minho remembered was a cold tile under his cheek, the taste of blood in his mouth, and a kick to the back of his head. He woke up from the acrid stench of alcohol in his nose and hearing voices from somewhere above him.
"Fuck, is he alive?"
"Why the fuck did you even bring him here?"
"Shut up Felix, I don't have time for you right now."
"What are we supposed to do with him?"
Minho groaned, slowly opening his eyes to see four guys in front of him. Jumping up slightly, he realized that he was lying on someone else's bed and looked at the boys in panic. Then one of them placed a light hand on his shoulder. "Hush, don't move, you almost got your skull cracked." The guy said. "Who the fuck are you?! Why am I here?" Louder than he planned, Minho said, warily looking around - a dorm room, with two bunk beds and one regular one. Old wallpaper, a bit of a mess. It looks like... a first floor dorm room?! No no no...no fucking way. "Stop yelling, idiot. You got beat up, and brother Chan saw you unconscious in the hallway in a pool of blood." The blond answered rudely and displeasedly. He was clearly not happy with Minho's presence here.
Only now did Minho feel a pulsation in his head, which was crookedly wrapped in a bandage. "Who are you?" Minho asked more calmly but still cautiously, holding his head. "I'm Bang Chan, if you want you can just call me Chan." Said the largest of them, who was the first to speak to Minho. "And I'm Jeongin!" The guy on the left smiled happily, his eyes sparkling, which made Minho feel a little uneasy. "I'm Seungmin." The brown-haired guy spoke up for the first time, without even looking up from his phone. "Felix." The blond guy said through clenched teeth last. "But at the academy they also call us parasites, have you heard?" Chan spoke again, smiling strangely.
